4.33 Issues (Known or not)

I’m getting a weird thing when using mouse look in cockpit without TIR.
I started off with the blank keystroke preset and just configured my usual keystrokes, nothing I am aware of about 3D pan/moving.
However after a while, and without any action (I think) by me, the mouse will start moving the camera around the cockpit instead of panning. Any ideas why?
EDIT: SOLVED
Ok, I hooked up the mouse and saw it is the middle button. However with my touchpad it is not possible to exit the mode once entered.

I seem to have problems with AWACS in the campaign. Right after take off I can communicate fine with AWACS, then after a few minutes AWACS goes silent. Tried various channels and setting UHF manually to the frequency mentioned in the briefing. No dice, AWACS stays silent. Communicating with the tower and wingman works fine.
I diasbled “AWACS required” in the config.

Sorry, I don’t have time to check this entire thread… Has anyone reported Steerpoint Auto Increment still not working properly? I seem to recall from ages ago it should inc when with 2 miles, but it still needs to you to be on top of the steerpoint before it does. I also recall this was to be addressed. Apologies if my info is incorrect.

yeah, its not stepping within 2 miles yet. Shame that. It is supposed to.

That might not be an issue with BMS as much as it is with the campaign you are on. Did you hit the key to bring up the AWACS menu and verify the labels for choices were white and not greyed out? If they were greyed out your AWACS could have gone sunset without a replacement or been shot down.

Is it supposed to step in 2nm or is it minimum approach distance within 2nm? Steerpoint sequence seems different now. I think I can miss to the side by 1nm and it doesn’t change steerpoint when I enter the 2nm circle but instead when my “to-from flag” flips a.k.a. minimum approach distance.

2NM automatic steerpoint stepping is known and might be fixed in the future depending on some feedback

if i put a molnya ship on default theater, game crash when i approach it .
i’m not able to reproduce it my superhornet has just been kickass by those…

Can anyone else get the bugs flaps to full. The key cntrl f10 does nothing.

I hope I’m not missing it, but steerpoint creation in TE, (haven’t done a campaign yet) the first few steerpoints (usually 2 and 3) are created WAY out of the way of the flight plan. If I remember correctly, 4.32 would do this if you were meeting up with another package from another airbase. But this is pretty extreme and I’m creating single flights, so I was wondering if this is intended or not. Just wondering.
BUT OMG YOU DEVS ROCK! I mean, I was just hoping for the Hornet. But the HARRIER? TORNADO? EAGLE? VIGGEN? And the improvements to the Falcon? I about fainted when I saw the trailer. Anybody know any good divorce attorney’s? Cuz I might need one. (JK)

What aircraft are you flying? Some a/c, like the falcon, you can’t control the flaps by default.

The f-18. The manual says flaps can be toggled (auto, half, full) with control+F10. I am getting nothing. I checked the key combo against the key command and its in line with what the manual said is should be

It is intended, this is the new AI climb profile with respect to energy, time and fuel.

F10 cycles Flap modes, confirm that the flap display does not show any change?

4.33 is crashing on me when I choose Setup. It started after I chose to enable pilot model and knee boards in ITO. I turned them off, tried all theaters, but I still can’t get into setup. I also mapped a keypress to pretty screen shot (PrtSc) before it started acting up, so maybe that has something to do with it… I’m running ITO and Balkans (most recent 4.33 compatible versions). It DOES still work on my vanilla (no mods) install, so I think it might have something to do with the theaters.
