I am new and try on my second computer to start with the game untill my house is ready and can install my first computer.
In this way I could learn a little to get familiar with the systems.

      my first question is :
fps doesnot show up on the screen by pressing control Z+R
do I have to do something else?

      Duke

            Not “Z + R” it is (or was) …. CTRL-Z (release, then) R.

            If that doesn’t work, try:

            ALT-C: F

              not one of them

could It have to do something with the keyboard perhaps which maybe due to the installment of bms4.33 has been overwritten by the setup?
have not a clue but maybe it gives you some ideas

At install, the new 4.33 default for showing FPS is CTRL-C : F. If it’s not working, if it’s been changed, it’s because the user changed it. No one here will have any idea what it got changed to.

What keyfile do you have loaded in the Setup –> Controllers screen?

If it’s a default keyfile, look in the folder x:\Falcon BMS 4.33\Docs\Key Files & Input and find the command “OTWToggleFrameRate”, and/or find that command description, ““SIM: Display Frame Rate - Toggle”” (by default), in the Setup --> Controllers screen where the key commands are.

                Edit:

                Like so …

(Yes, I changed mine back to “4.32 style” until I rebuild my keyfile with the new guidelines/call backs.)

If your fps is low, you have to press a bunch of times. Works for me after a few tries.

Maybe it’s just a wrong keypress sequence.

The default keys to display Frame rate is a key combo.

You have to press Alt and C togehter, release both and then press F.

                          I could not display FPS.
ALT + C is not working.
The cause was a ASrock HDMI Switch.

                            It’s ALT + C, release, then R

                            C9
