How to install bms 4.33

Went to the main form of the announcement for the down load 4.33, but all i get is a small file with program lettering

Falcon_BMS_4.33_Setup.torrent is the torrent file [you need to install a downloader eg bittorrent to use the torrent with or wait for links to normal download to be given. Probably in a day or so.]
