How to set a key to "No Key Assigned" from the Setup UI interface?
-
As in the subject, i was trying to change some key assignement in the setup UI of Falcon BMS, but I didn’t understood how to set a key to “No Key Assigned”, how can i do?

Hard: Open *.key in Notepad and edit to 0xFFFFFFFF key code.
Easy: Go to any command which has a key (example: Pause P) and change Pause command to the key you wish to delete. Now pause will be this key and old command will not have it. Then change pause back to “P” again. Old command will be empty.

Personlly …
I go to the SETUP/CONTROLLER;
Click on the command I want to assign:
ie TMS-UP
-
On the screen, I click on "TMS-UP (it turns light blue color)
-
I press TMS up on my HOTAS. (a DX button, or any other command on my keyboard)
-
I click APPLY,
-
SAVE (giving a name to my personal key profile)
… and that’s is.

Frederf offers the only 2 possible solutions atm.
There is no direct way to unset key assignments in the ui. -
ty, the “easy way” was what I did, but I was looking for a way to clear a key on a command using something in the UI of the setup … now I know there is not (I thought It was only me don’t understanding the way … )
