Pro Throttle Microstick all over the place
-
Since upgrading to 4.33 and using the BMX DX Generator 1.6 to remap my HOTAS the microstick will not stay in one place it wanders to the side or bottom or top and disappears until I move it back on to the screen then it just moves off again. I have tried using a dead zone clear to -26 and zero saturation with no joy. Without the microstick the game is unplayable , please help. By the way it works great in DCS A-10c but not longer works in Falcon 4.32 which it used to work fine in, or 4.33. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No issue with the microstick here. Did you bind the axes to the radar cursors in SETUP>ADVANCED>AVIONICS CONTROL?
-
Yes I bound the cursors in Avionics control but the Y axes either is all the way Left or all the way to the right and in the game it moves to a wall and disappears. I cannot stop it from moving.

Pinefang,
Try putting a large dead zone for the throttle x and y cursor axis in BMS controller setup.

Went clear to -26 dead zone in testing with no joy. Kolbe said it is an issue in 4.33 and will be fixed later unfortunately.

So don’t use the DX generator. I did mine with the old school “click and press” method in the UI. No issues here at all.

Hi Harlequin I am wondering how do you get the UI to recognize a shifted button. I have all of my axis in use on my HOTAS which means I use quite a few shifted buttons but I can’t seem to get the UI to recognize a shifted button when I set the HOTAS up “the old school” way. Do you use Shifted buttons on your setup?

Assuming you’re meaning the “pinky-shifted” layer built into BMS… You won’t see the command in the UI. You’ll have to test in a TE.
