HUD/Texture Problem BMS 4.33

Uninstalled Harpoon blk40 hud from the inside this only happens to blk 40/42 F16s

Out Side when I install the blk 40 hud it does this to most aircraft. But with the blk 40 HUD the HUD is fine but the outside textures and the textures on the inside of the lower blk are not there like buttons screens and DED.

When I load up a F16I the game crashes with blk 40 HUD installed but its fine when I uninstall it
