I little modified for BMS standard from another forum
3-4 weeks From the latin word for “we have no freaking idea”

Done from the Greek word for “We have a lot more work to do including actually starting to work on it”

Release Date from the Russian word for “Sorry, we didn’t actually mean it would be released on that day , we meant it would not be released before that day”
