Crash when changing resolution…

I have an EVGA 970 SSC GPU.

I just got BMS 4.33 and when I go in game to make the desperately needed resolution increase the Setup menu lists two GTX 970s. If I select the top one I can only get a max of about 1280x whatever resolution which looks terrible. If I select the second one listed I get a massive list of high resolutions but if I choose any of them the game crashes after hitting apply and OK!!! And then it will crash every time I hit the setup tab until and unless I delete the Dx9 config file and revert it to default…. I’m amazed I can’t find any threads about this anywhere…

My modded install (ITO and Balkans) just started crashing every time I click on Setup. My vanilla install (no mods) works though… strange. It started acting up after I chose pilot model and knee boards in ITO.

Really? Nothing? Maybe I need to head back to DCS world lol…. I CANNOT find a answer for this anywhere and it is game breaking.
