4.3.3 moves the windows on the desktop
-
Hi, it is nothing special, but like always I want to know ‘Why’…
Each time I quit the sim my other windows on the desktop (like IE, or HW-Monitor, or PDF-reader) are moved to right. That wasn’t with 4.3.2…Like I wrote, nothing special, but it is a little awkward to replace all windows after every 3, 4 times the sim was quit, especially while testing and reading and writing…

I noticed that too, everything get’s moved to my extract monitor. Have to move everything back to the main monitors every time.

It’s a win 10 thing, if you save your desktop in the theme section it will not change it.

Same here, I think this may have to do with the transition from your native resolution, to whatever the GUI runs (1024x768?). Just guessing here.

The fix is to get into the extractor in the first screen options, choose main window, remove the tick from windowed on the right (not in front of the computer so don’t remember the exact phrasing).

Is there a solution for those of us with this problem who do not run extraction?

You don’t need to run extractions.
Just go in the first screen when you open the launcher to Cockpit Display Extraction>Select Main>Uncheck the borders tick on the right>Save…and you’re done.
Had the exact same problem and this fixed it completely.
When you open the sim you’ll have the sim in the upper left main screen.
When you enter the 3D world it will expand to the whole screen.
