      Hi folks,

I messed around with the 64bit executable today after using 32 bit for a week, and I’ve found that FaceTrackNoIR V1.7 won’t work with the 64 bit version while it works fine using the 32 bit version.

I have a similar problem with rfactor2 (head tracking works in 32bit, but not in 64), so I have high hopes that I’ll be able to solve both issues at the same time.

Can somebody using FTNoIR with fbms / 64bit please post their system settings?

I’m using the PointTracker Plugin 1.0 (delanclip) with freetrack 2.0 game protocol.

      Thanks in advance,

      Uwe

Copy NPClient64.dll from either freetrack or opentrack.

Thanks sthalik, I guess you mean copying the other version to the ftnoir folder?

          all the best, Uwe

Shtalik, you’re my HERO. Thanks a ton!

Now headtracking works both in fBMS/64bit and rfactor2, so I have no excuse anymore not to convert to using it in racing sims as well… wonderful!

            😄

Mine is working stock without need to copy the DLL… have you installed Hotfix 1?
Also upgrade the Point Tracker plugin, get the latest version - currently 1.1 - from here, it has lots of fixes and improvements over 1.0.
