Do the modes above still work with 4.33 version.
I have the Balkans mode. If I upgrade to the 4.33 version, will my campaign still work. If so, can I continue as where I am in the campaign or do I have to restart it?

well, you dont upgrade to 4.33, for one thing. Its a separate install. It wont actually affect your 4.32 install or campaigns at all.
Balkans for 4.33 is out already, but I think you will have to restart your campaign.

You could ask the creators of that theater, if its possible to migrate your campaign save, but my immediate guess would be that its not possible.

Balkans 4.33 is out. The campaign has to be restarted using a fresh campaign from the 4.33 Balkans. Balkans 4.32 will probably cause CTDs not to mention, the campaign has been completely revamped.
