No HTS for M2000

With this new release we can’t equip the M2000 with HTS POD so we can’t use the AS37 missile.

1/ No equivalent pod to the HTS in France
2/ You can fire ARMs without the HTS, time to read the Dash-34
3/ I’m not even sure France still has AS-37 in inventory.
