BMS preLauncher - manage your profiles and DTCs in easy way.

It was initially developed as side project for BMS 4.33 A-10A but became something potentially useful for anyone. I started to write some simply DTC replacer in Python cause manually replacing DTC name with my callsign was pain in the a… The scripts worked but there were still some lacks in functionality. Then my Brother (the one who created new cockpit textures for A-10A) decided to help me. And now we want to present you this:
Falcon BMS preLauncher
DTC files must be placed in your Falcon BMS 4.33\User\Config. You can have as many DTCs as you want but its name must go like this: DTC<somethingsomething>.ini.
When you start BMS preLauncher you have to choose your callsign, then DTC to be loaded and click “Save and Launch”. It will start BMS Launcher and you are good to go!
It will not start Falcon with selected pilot, it will assign selected DTC to selected callsign. If you want to switch from one pilot to another you still have to that in BMS GUI.
Known issues:
if preLauncher starts and then close immediately please remove SavedSelection.txt file.Download:

Very nice tool! I will get a lot of use out of this as I change my DTC settings between configurations frequently.

Version 1.01 released
Since this version you are able to define what applications you want to start with Falcon. Also you are no longer obliged to keep BMS preLauncher in Falcon BMS 4.33\User\Config directory.

I have created a simple cmd script in order to do this plus some more stuff (eg force a black wallpaper in order the extracted organs not to look ugly above my default wallpaper), as and after exiting sim to revert back the settings to default, but I’ll give it a try.

Added:
- preLaucher is now checking if processes of Launcher and/or extra apps are already running and start them if needed,
- preLauncher can now be optionally left running so it is possible to add it to Steam.
