Red fighters not appearing in radar

Twice in one mission; right in front of me and launching missiles while all other aircraft do show up in TWS screen.

everything perfect here.

Possible explanations:

1. Doppler Notch
2. TWS can track a limited number of planes and you have tons of it in front of you.

…or he’s not in your scan volume…or he has a really effective jammer.
