Blank TM WH layout

Hey guys! I’m looking for a blank TM WH layout image that I can print out and write on to help me remember what certain switches on the throttle are mapped to. Maybe even edit the image itself so that the printout already has the controls assigned to the switches. My GoogleFu is weak and what I could find doesn’t really help me. I seem to recall there was a program that could do this automatically before.
Any help appreciated!

open a copy of kolbes excelfile
Go to warthog
Remove the writeprotection and remove the assigned callbacks and print out

Yeah, I know of Kolbe’s but I’m sure there are different ones out there. For instance, the one Morphine used for his profile.
