2 Crashes during dogfight mode

Had this happen twice on me. Just doing general maneuvering.

Computer/setup: i5 4670K EVGA 660, 8 GB Ram, 750 W Corsair, Thrustmaster T-Flight (upgrading soon!) FreeTrack, Thrustmaster MFDs, Saitek Cessna rudder pedals.

Hi, anyway to reproduce that crash? what were you flying against and did you do anything special to get it to crash?

And most important, can you get it to crash again if you run the same kind of dogfight?

Which airplanes? In the past m2k had some issues for example.

Very repeatable.

I set up like 5 planes on Tiger team and 2-3 planes on Crimson (with me) in Block 52s. Chose Mig-21 for Tiger team every time.
