AMD CPU - Fps issues and an idea to fix them

I have make a lot of test to optimize my configuration and I share with you results if this can help some of you.
Configuration :
HW : AMD 8350 Black Edition
ASUS M5A99X Evo 2
2x8Go Ballistix Tactical (1600 – 8 – 8 – 8 10)
MSI R9 270X Hawk
TH Cougar (Full DX w/o Target)
TH MFD x2
Logitech C920 for Freetrack
2 screens (19601080 - 1366768 )Soft: Windows 8.1
BMS 4.33 64bits - Windowed mode with export of 2 MFD
MFDE V0.6.1 – Export all instruments excep MFD
TS3

Protocole used for test :
1_ Choose minimal configuration with F4Path- External Display / Cockpit display to external windows
High resolution texture
Shader / Glass Environnement Mapping
Per vertex lightning
Rain / Far rain
Rain / Rain drops
Water normal mapping (All others options are OFF)
2_ Choose minimal configuration with F4 /Setup / Graphics
Multisampling off
VS Off
Canopy Reflection
Object density 6
Others options by default
In advanced options - All off except …
Linear mipmap filtering – ON
Texel Bias Fix – ON
Textured TV/IR3_ Choose scene for measures
I have used traing TR433_14 AGM65 Cavok and I have take measure in 4 situations
Over the sea (TGP / MAV off)
Over the land (TGP/MAV off)
Over the Land – TGP A/G On – Mav off – SP mode
Over the Land – TGP + MAV On
A flight with the training mission LANDING must confirm results around a air base.Goal
Obtain at least 25 fps in the worth situation.First tests:*
For the first tests, MFDE & Freetrack are OFF.
With this configuration, fps over the sea was very good. But fps drop down during the flight to the land and falls to 35fps over the land.
With the TGP, fps fall to 25 and with MAV ON ….15/16/17fps :cry*:With a fine study of CPU/GPU load / memory usage and some others measures, the conclusion was*:
CPU load : Around 80% for a core / Global CPU usage between
GPU load : 15%
Memory usage*: unsignifiant
The number of 3D objects to exchange between CPU and GPU overload CPU or Mem bandwitch. AMD piledriver caches architecture isn’t know to be pinacle for this job ….1st Fix :
Overclock FSB and CPU/NB Frequency (OC is at your own risk!!!)
I have sightly overclocked this two parameters and after tests, the worth performance was 28/29fps*!CPU load*: Around 80% for a core
GPU load*: 15%
Memory usage*: unsignifiantOthes tests: Eye candy session!**
Now, I need to optimiez Eye Candy. Explanations will be shorts*!
My CPU is the bottleneck, I’ve try to load GPU instead CPU !I’ve force GPU parameters (AA, Texture filtering, Tesslation) step by step to obtain a good graphic quality without performance loss. For MY configuration*:
AA : x4
AA Filter*: Std
Multisampling
Morpho filter*: OffTexture : x2 anisotropic filter
High qualityTesslation : Application parameter
CPU load : Around 80% for a core
GPU load : 35% with some peak at 70%
Memory usage*: unsignifiantNB : For this configuration AMD+ATI, MFDE and windowed mode have just a very poor influence on fps (-1/2 fps)
