Hall sensor mod for Cougar Throttle
-
On step 3 I believe better is 2 faced glue tape to easily adjust and mark the correct connection. Also instead of super glue maybe silicon the heated one would be better as it goes off with minimum to none leftovers and isolates electronics…???

The Hall device position w/r/t the magnet has to be very stable to be accurate. Superglue makes a stable bond. Now maybe both can be done. A tiny bit of super glue to hold it in place yet still removable if you need to readjust at some point. Then stabilize with the hot glue gun. Hot glue by itself is pretty adhesive, but its also malleable and might not be as stable. Both might be a good compromise between flexibility and stability.
