          From what I can gather from a similar thread about WDP at Checksix, .dll related problems with these tools seem to indicate a problem with the NET Framework installation.

          I’ve got version 4.5, 4.51, 4.5.2 and 4.6 installed on Windows 10 x64 (from Windows Update, IIRC) and WC runs just fine.

          Also check your installed programs for the Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable.
