Looking for kneeboard with checklists

Hi,
With the coming of the Oculus Rift VR headset, I think it would be good to have some kind of option to open some kind of app/program that can be used on-screen while flying in which you could access so that there is no need to take off the VR Headset while at the same time referencing the checklists so as no to lose immersion.
If there was someone who knew how to create some windows that could be selectively opened and closed while flying that could help me and teach me, I could create these.
