Airspeed reference caret

If like me you notice that in 4.33, while enroute (nav) to a steerpoint, you no longer have the little caret on the airspeed tape that tells you the required airspeed to reach TOS on time, then check out page 65 in the TO-BMS1F-16CM-1.pdf about CRUS page.
