      Hi!

I know nearly you all have noticed that e.g. the ladder of AoA is a bit frizzy.
But it seems that this only occurs if I’m using the TrackIR. E.g. in 2D-view there is no frizzy to recognize!
I’m using a TrackIR-4 and now I want to know if maybe the TrackIR-5 doesn’t has a frizzy cockpit.

      TIA

          @Arty:

          frizzy?

          Sorry, that was the translation…
          Ger: Krisselig = Eng: frizzy
I do not have another word for it, even in german.

TIR5 is silk smooth, no fuzziness of the HUD symbology for me at least.

Does you frizziness/fuzziness show on screen captures? Please post a pic of it!

A picture paints a thousand words … and also mitigates Google’s somewhat dubious attempts at translations.

Oh, come on! You know exactly what I mean.
Its around the OSB’s and for the ladders (e.g. AoA) also.
AFAIK (with TrackcIR) if you have a greater FOV than 60.
It also do not occur by using the 2D cockpit…
So, now I’m wondering if it is because of TrackIR-4…

(And no, you cannot show movement in a pic…)

That sounds more like the affects of AA setting.

Never noticed mentioned effects with TracIR 4, even when flying with close in HUD for ILS approach.

You can have a look at a video from Fluffer:

                        ~04:50
Look e.g. at the MFD’s white “inner lines”. They are “moving”, this white lines in the MFD’s should be “clear”.
But this is only with a greater FOV (and with TrackIR) than 60…

And maybe is the better word: flicker…
