Hello, there is a way to cancel the link of the chaff with the flare.ogg file ?
In 4.32, the flare.ogg was called only by flare dispensing, in 4.33, the file is also called by chaff dispensing…

Something isn’t making sense here……An .ogg file is an audio file. Are you talking about the sound that’s played when chaff or flare is dispensed?

I think he’s saying that Chaff and Flare dispense at the same time and he doesn’t want that.
He’ll need to set the up in the DTC to be independent.

No, there is a misunderstanding, may be my english is not so accurate…
The sound file played is the same with both chaff and flare dispensing (dropping)… It don’t “works like that in RL”, a flare does not produce the same sound than a chaff as I know.

They does. It is just a cartridge. Except for some (M2000 i.e.) where there is possibly no sound at all.

Even without earplug, from an F-16 pilot, you hear nothing inside the cockpit, whatever it is. In BMS it is just a fake sound and should be completely muted. But I haven’t completely muted it because I can imagine that everybody would have cried and yelled.
On M2000, Chaff are not pyrotechnic like on F-16, even outside of the plane (considering no engine running) it makes no pyro sound at all.
