Default head position change?

I’ve looked through the manual, but can’t find if it is possible to customize the default position of your head in the cockpit while using TIR. I would like it a little above the ICP, and a bit forward, but can’t find if this is possible. My setup doesn’t really allow for me to cheat the system by centering my TIR in a naturally lower position because I’ve built a simpit, and don’t have a lot of room to move.

Has been discussed before, is not possible as far as I know. Would be nice but I personally can manage without.

I wonder if there are any public documents floating around, that detail design eye for the F-16? It would be good to know exactly what is meant to be visible, particularly in the case of the lower HUD.
