Hello i just wanted to know if sounds files can be edited /installed. I would like to make some new engine sounds. If so where are the files located?

There have been sound packs and sound modifications before. Might be worth looking some of those up. I would guess some of those might have made it into 4.33.
To answer your question (at least one of them). *.ogg files. Here: x:\Falcon BMS 4.33\Data\Sounds
