    Problem with the controls after updating to the latest version

      So my knowledge only extends to the previous version of falcon. After annoying hours fiddling with the saitek software, i finally have my x52 mapped the way it used to be. But there are a couple problems im noticing

      DMS down no longer changes the SOI. Is it supposed to be like this? Whats the new button?

      DMS up also makes the “transmitting” sound as if i was using VHS or UHF radio. What is its function?

      Also, I mapped my first trigger detent and my second one and NEITHER fire the gun.

        Ok so apparently I can use guns, but ONLY when im in DF mode. And for some reason the tracers look like green lasers.

        Does this all sound correct?

          Ok i got everything working everything finally. It was just a bunch of conflicting keys messing stuff up. This game is truly a nightmare to map buttons for.

          The only thing left thats weird is the guns then. Was it changed so that it only fires in DF mode?

            Nothing was changed : it already worked the way it does now in 4.32.
            But you most probably didn’t use the SimTriggerSecondDetent callback to fire the gun in 4.32.

            If you want to fire the gun, you only have 3 possibilities :

            • being in DF mode
            • being in A/A mode, and selecting gun submode
            • being in A/G mode, and selecting STRAFE submode

              oh wow so all this time i wasnt playing it the realistic way
