-
The videos are , but your attachment pics are not.
Edit: okay they are viewable now.
-
I dont understand? The videos should be viewable to all?
Hhmmm… not quite, dear Ripper, but I wasn’t too much clear, maybe.
Smartaxe was quickier than me in explaining what the issue was
Thanks for your attention and having fixed all however.
With best regards.

Salt Lake City test. I am painting the Great Salt Lake in by hand lol
Snow caps are just test to see how they look in game… Main idea is the eastern mountains arid with small bushes. Still getting used to the Terrain Editor.

It looks good, dear Ripper. well done!
Just about the Terrain Editor… for my curiosity only, did you happen to find out the way and make it working with 4.35 terrains?
With best compliments and regards.

Coast line tile test. I am using this area around Hill AFB as a test zone to try out ideas and such before attempting to do more. I have been here a few times IRL so I have a idea of how it looks.
Once I have a good grasp I will create my final tiles and use those to complete the first Tile update for Nevada in the coming weeks. Goal will be to first edit the area around the 6 airbases used in the campaign. That will be for later release. Then later will be SLC, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and NAS Fallon for a further date.

Really looking forward to fly in this theater again… Thanks to the team behind it.

Realism, realiam more realism Please…!!! :flypig:

Well, dear Toro, you have a point here… you and the others will find a plenty of details well rendered, as a start.
But more interesting is the concept on which all the campaigns are based… not only exercising, but giving the idea of the real ‘Flag’ would be. And about the custom TEs (yes, you will get some), we tried to propose something following that same spirit… we hope we succeeded in it.
Soon you will see what we meant for.
With best regards to all.

Just about the TEs…
Here is what happens if someone had enough with playing and losing his money at Vegas casinos(shots taken from the “Gambler Haven” custom TE. Without AWACS’s aid, would you be able to choose in time the right target to aim?)
With best regards to all.

Tree test on mountain/forest tiles.
Highway/city roads are up next. My goal for the coming week is to select which tiles I am going to use, get them prepped and then start painting around the campaign airbases.

Go for it!

Your daily Nevada update is here:
City highway tile test and a bonus farm tile. I have the general layouts of the highways together and will have to make desert, plains, and mountain versions.

Here’s another picture of the campaign selection screen.
As you can see, not all of the campaigns use the same part of the map.

Doing some more testing. I am going to start streaming or recording me doing it. Again most of this is just placing some different tiles in and seeing how they look in game. My goal is to decide on which tiles to use this week and then start making the variations that I need to start doing some widespread painting.
This really reminds me of SNES Sim City lol

Here is my update: just sent something ‘new’ of mine to be added to smartaxe.
@Ripper: what is that thing are you reminding, mate?
With best regards.
