Hi Hayab, looks great and thank you for your work on this……however…it’s a bit frustrating to have all these models available that I can’t install into the sim (I don’t have the level of knowledge with LE etc to risk porking my install) . Is there anyone amongst us users who can make some kind of installer for them for the less technically minded of us? That would be great, I can manage substituting some DDS files, but whats involved in getting your work in the sim is beyond me at the moment.

No, these are not available. They will be if they will have animations (wheels, tracks, turrets, etc.), have all lowres LODs with same skin + “destroyed” LOD. What Hayab showed “only” the foundation what is required a new vehicle. But it is VERY STRONG foundtation. The polycount and detail level is EXACTLY what Falcon can handle and what is required in 2012. 200 poly for a vehicle is too few, but 20k maybe a bit high. Falcon is not DCS…
Patience is the key for every 3D work. Just step by step.

BMP Pack is still “Work in progress” status. Its not aviable as download yet.
To write a exe installer for Falcon DB is to difficult for me. Some parent records need a update (nLod, distancen, hitbox parameters. e.t.c), dependecies between another updates need attention too. (texturename, shared LODs e.t.c.)
I think to create a installer will be not easy, even for proficient programmer.

Not even tried it… U mean Zelegents mod on the dll to work with BMS Folders?
This is to replace models in the database without opening the database and lodeditor?
Maybe I should get on in to this? Did u made it work? - tested it?

I can add some parts to BMP3, countermeasures, spotlight on the turret, antennas, but the triscount will rise over 5k
