Can't turn on RWR

I am flying the Balkan 4.33 campaign with the F-16 am nl.
I can’t seem to find the button to turn on the RWR. Help!

The TWA(Threat Warning Aux) Panel is located on the left auxiliary panel, immediately left of the CMS panel. The specific buttons may change with different RWR set ups, but there is a power button located on the TWA. Pushing that button turns on the RWR system and receiver. Obviously there is a short bit test, and it would be smart to test the launch warning, and run a system test via the “SYS Test” button, and “LUANCH” button the TWP (Threat Warning Prime) Panel, which is immediately left of the actually RWR display.
