Mission Commander move aircraft spawn points at airbase

Editor of Falcon does that:

Falcon 4
Editor
Objective Data
Objectives
Double click the Airbase that you want to edit
Select Point Data set
List of pts will appear on the list below. Change accordingly.

Do you mean the TE editor in Falcon? If so, I do not see the objectives option you mention.

No, I mean the Falcon DB editor, that is available on the Falcon launcher.
