X-65 axis issue.
-
Here’s an interesting little glitch I’m having…
My primary control is the x-65-,and I use a x-55 throttle as secondary switch panel, gear and canopy levers.
So, here I am trying to set up trim on my x-65, using the in game axis method. I can’t get key commands to work(goes to full deflection and stays there).
Here is what I have found-I can’t get x-65 Hat 1 to function as a directional axis
-So, I tried to set it up on the microstick(which is set up for axis), and rotary 1(for roll trim). In both cases it works but it’s like the calibration is off. Only the left edge of the “function bar” in advanced controller setting indicates movement. As far as I can tell, though, the stick/throttle test normally.
The weird part is , on the -55 it works perfectly. Right now I have roll trim on the -55 rotary 2, and pitch and yaw on rotaries 3 and 4. What I’d really like to to is set it up on the -65 Hat 1.
I’ve mentioned this elsewhere, and it has “DX calibration error” was mentioned, but not how to correct it.
So, my questions are-has anyone managed to set it up on a -65 Hat 1(the silver one), and if so how?- and/or is there a way to "calibrate/reset/whatever - -65 axis’ back to correct functioning?
I should also mention that in the past, setting up antenna elevation, and now, the -65 rotary 2 works properly.
Edit,Update: worked on this last night, and found that when you use the keypresses at the keyboards, the boards will open incrementally. However, on the stick it’s all or none
