Torrent downloads - need advice please

Hi evryone. Can any one advise me please on how to use the Torrent file download for BMS 4.33? I have never used this kind of file before and my PC won’t recognise the download. Although I’ve ‘googled’ this question (how to use a Torrent file) the information I found is very vague on and does not tell me what i need or how to use Torrent. In the past I’ve always used RAR to open downloaded files. The solution is probably straightofrward and easy but when you don’t know how it might as well be as tough as an Einstein equation! Right now all i can do is view BMS 4.33 from afar on You Tube and wish I could get into the latest release myself. If anyone can help I would be grateful.
