I need to buy the part #6000716. It’s the DB15HD cable that goes from the TQS to the stick. I sent several requests to thrustmaster customer service without any luck. 😞

      Thx!

I knew someone that needed a new MMCB on the stick side and it took forever and cost a fortune. Good luck!

              Hello ECV_56 Lancelot
How did you attempt to contact TM customer Services?
If you have not done so already, then the best way is to register on the TM Support Website then once logged on, click on ‘Email Support’ and send them a request email that way along with the part number.
They are not the fastest to reply but usually do come back to you after about a week with a price and instructions how to pay - normally you pay via PayPal and they ship soon after they received your payment. The whole process can take 2-3 weeks sometimes.
Occasionally they do take a while after your initial email and need a ‘bump’ message (they do not have a large staff I think).
I ordered exactly the same cable as you back in 2013 and it was 25 Euros including shipping.
