Need Help! Problem with connection…..

i found a problem when i was trying to join other player’s game tonight. i am capable to enter the lobby and find the other player’s game in the campaign.but after i chose the game and clicked the “commit” button ,i just got obstructed on the stage of “Receiving Units”.the bandwidth we set was 1024. have you guys ever found similar prbolems?
