Mission commander add battalion screen size

hello , i have a question about mission commander

when i want to add a battalion i cant because the apply button is not visible
see screen shot i dont have a big screen for my pc i run at 1280:1024
but all other screens and menu’s i can see and use but this one i cant.

is there a way to resize it?
