My squad is not taking off with me on the training mission i made

I am using A-6 intruders for my four man flight to bomb a bridge, I take off and they stay on the ground what gives, I advance the time about 15 mins then they are with me in the air ? they never taxi or go down the runway with me ?

When we go bomb the bridge I give the order to attack the target and I notice that option is not highlighted to click on or the other one attack my target. Have I not set up something up right or correctly?
I drop my bombs and the AI follow me in and out without dropping there.

Any help would be very greatful
