Radio issue when cycling the menu backwards.

I was playing KTO campaign, and I found that when I press R key then cycle backwards with Shift+R to ask my AI flight member their fuel left, my flight does not respond.
For example press “R” 3 times then press “8” which is “Say Fuel” command. they responds.
press “R” only 1 time, then press “Shift+R” 5 times, then press “8”. this time they does not respond.
Same happens to another FLIGHT COMMAND such as “Turn Smoke On”“Turn ECM on” which is easier to order by using shift+R than only using R key to cycle.
They did not turn smoke on when i cycled the menu backwards and order, but they did when i cycle the menu forward.

‘r’ is for radio commands, ‘shift-r’ toggles the Air Refueling Switch, at least in the stock 4.33 keyfiles. So (the way I see it) by using ‘shift-r’ you are effectively canceling the radio call despite the effect it has on the drop-down menu.

Do you see the command menu cycling backwards? Don’t think cycling the command menu backwards is implemented……
