MFDE slow

Hi,

MFDE takes and age to spawn … measured in minuets … even the “option” screen takes minuets to spring into life anyone got same problem ???

Feedback from Lightning on this issue:

This issue is being addressed and will be resolved in the next update for MFDE. A possible workaround to try until then is to make sure MFDE is in the Stopped state before going into the Options screen.

As you’ve not included any information on which version you are running, or what your hardware is I can only relate my experience; with my AMD card I found v0.6.1.1 was the best option, with my NVIDIA card that version hangs like you describe so I’ve reverted to v0.6.1.0 which is working fine.

I am using a Nvidia TITAN and v 0.6.1.1 I think a change back to v0.6.1.0 sounds like the best plan? do you agree or should I hang it out for the next revision?

Code updates that address this issue are being tested right now, so you’re not too far off the mark.
