Downloading 4.33 to an external flash/thumb drive

Quick question on the subject noted. I had no problem dnldg the 4.0 on the flash but when I attempt to dnld the 4.33 add-on it gives me the message…file cannot be downloaded here…roughly stated. There is plenty of space on the drive ( it is a new one with nothing else loaded on it/32 GB) I select a folder which does contain 4.0 to point to but it seems to not recognize it in the folder. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Good point (and edited subsequently ) but I dont think that is the OP question.

What to you mean by downloading 4.33 on an external drive ? Your post is not very clear.
