Has anyone used a game booster software to try and increase fps, if so does it work. my fps ~30 going down to 15-17 when tgp and other things going on. do you think my cpu maybe a little slow for 4.33? I think my graphic card and mem seem okay. Not too sure about overclocking cpu. By the way 4.33 is fantastic the amount of improvements that have come about. Well done.

        your cpu is way slow.
Game booster might help but don’t expect much.

8 gb is fine for “it rocks”, never uses more than 6.5 on my 4670k/gtx960.

                GOTS…

Depending on what exactly is your “intel QUAD core 2.4Ghz,” can you not overclock it?

Not too sure how to overclock and what damage could I cause. Is it easy o overclock.

I would say it is, yes. But obviously that depends on your skillset. If you’re looking to upgrade anyway, why not give overclocking a go? If you do good, then at least you get another year or two of good performance. If not, then you have an even stronger reason to upgrade. 😄

But first, you need to find out what your exact system specs are. Download CPU-Z or CPUID to get more info.
