Hi guys,

I could use some advice to get trackIr running again.
BMS 4.33 does not allow me to activate TrackIr in the controller configuration despite TrackIr running and working in other games as well as with the prior version 4.32.
Did already try a new install of BMS and latest TrackIr config and still no joy. Im running the 64bit Version with Win7 and admin rights.
Would appreciate any help. Thanks…

So, you have TrackIR running when you start BMS, right? if you don’t, you will not be able to check the boxes in setup.

Have it active in your config and running before bms.

Thanks but TrackIr is running, just seems Falcon does not recognize it.

What security software are you running?

Can it sandbox certain apps?

There are two checkboxes in setup to tick when using any TrackIR since 3 + vector addon (which includes 4 and 5). I don’t know if TIR won’t recognize the EXE with or without them though.

Which version of the TIR software are you running?

My main guess to this problem is running BMS in administrator mode while not doing the same to TrackIR which would probably prevent it from interfacing.

Hi Folks,

Thanks for the advice, Seems my security suite Comodo blocked BMS and Trackir working together but not independently.
Lifted firewall and well it works now!
Both BMS and Trackir were running in admin mode and with TrackIR5 version: 5.3.0.26171

Might depend on the version but if you right click on the comodo icon near your clock (If showing)……select Auto-sandbox and set to Disabled….may need to do the same for HIPS as well (cant remember).
