X55 throttles

Just started to get my X55 sorted for the sim. Don’t understand the throttle settings which seem to work both the x and y axes, even in the UI ( either together or separately if separated). In other words the throttle in UI not indicating movement so can’t set SB and detent??

Did you edit the correct axis for trottle in Falcon set Up?

When the axis show properly (calibrated?) in the windows setup controller, they should also show correct in BMS.
As you have two device make sure in BMS you choose the stick. Also makes sure the axis are not bind to an active profile. -
Set your throttle axes in Controllers | Advanced page.

Not quite sure what you mean here. If I go to advanced and flight control the pitch and roll axes are “stuck” to the throttle x and y axes and wont change to the stick x and y?? Do you mean on the very first set up page?

Yes. About half-way down, you will see a section called “Controller”.

Problem solved but for some reason the reverse to what you said; Controller had to be the stick. Some reason mine is reversed??

My bad…meant to say “Stick”. Leave it on Stick and bind all your buttons accordingly. Do not change it from “Stick”.
