      I may be missing the obvious but I cannot figure out how to printout the mission briefs. I left click on the “print” button in the top right corner of the brief page and nothing happens. My printer works fine for other things. Can’t see where I set the printer Falcon.

      Thanks

      You are probably getting tired of hearing this but every time I log into Falcon 4.33 I am amazed at the graphics and the realism

      Thank you!!!

        Inside your \Falcon BMS 4.33\User\Briefings folder is a briefings.txt which records your mission.

        You could just print that out, outside of the game. I’m not sure but I don’t think the in game print function in supported. I could be wrong.

          BMS Manual p154 explains the options in more detail.

            For briefing info, another option is to create and print out a Data Card using Weapons Delivery Planner. You can also save it to a separate PC, Laptop, IPhone or Tablet. Works real good and has everything you need to know. You can create a shortcut to the debrief.txt file and put it on your desktop for ease of access. You have to remember to delete all data from this document after each mission. If not, you probably won’t get any debrief info from your next flight. It also does not always show all of the debrief info.

              Since 4.33U1 printing the Briefing causes BMS to crash to desktop 😞
              Seems like BMS does not only save the Briefing.txt but also sends a print job the OS which causes BMS to crash.
              Any advice?

              Edit:
              Crash log tells me that the error occured in GMprint.dll:
              ================================== CRASHLOG =====================================
              Falcon BMS.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in:

              Exception handler called in UnhandledExceptionHandler.
              Write to location 000000000000002c caused an access violation.

              My amateurish solution for this: Rename the file “GMprint.dll” to “GMprint.dll_”.
              Result: BMS creates the Briefing.txt file and does not try to create a print job.

              For now my problem is solved 🙂
