Just perusing through F-16.net and have noticed more that the HTS is said to be loaded on the starboard side? I’m reading the page about 50/52. Are there multiple versions of the HTS, or are there simply ‘handed’ versions for when a TGP (Sniper etc) is loaded?

No problem to load HTS on either hard point on modified aircraft.

How do they flip it? Is it reversible, or do they have adapters?

I think the pod itself is separate from the “arm” that connects the pod to the fuselage?

Makes sense. Over the years, I’d noticed it seem to switch sides, but I never thought anything of it. Only recently have I properly noticed it if that makes sense. So the HTS does have a fore/aft orientation; ie the HTS is a pod that mounts to a little rack that can be flipped and mounted port or starboard? I wonder which reversible connector they’re using? Lightning or USB type C?
EDIT: -Ice, I guess this confirms it:

Obviously USB… and you have to try 3x before it connects…
