Helios issue on Windows 10

Im trying to run Ice’s profile on my asus 207 monitor. I have windows 10 on a surface pro 3. I want to use this as a slave computer and ultimately send the keystrokes to my master computer.

I set up the monitor in extended mode and everything works within windows. When I run Helios I can click with the mouse, but I tried everything and can’t get the touch to work with Helios on the extended monitor. If i run the profile on the main screen everything works fine with touch.

Any thoughts. I tried calibration. Identifying the touch screens. I can’t get touch to work with Helios on the extended mode.
