Unable to download WDP

I’ve been trying to download the latest WDP from the official WDP website, but it is never successful, it will never reach the full 70 or 80mb for the file.
When it is “download complete” I see the WDP zip is less than 70 or 80mb, and cannot run…

Is there a problem on my side, the website, or can I get it from other sources?

I’ve downloaded it via Google Chrome without any problem.
The file size is 75.8 MB (79,502,380 byte), and it’s extractable.
