is there any news abut middle east thearte in bms ? İn free falcon desert storm theatre (the name of thearte about middle east in ff5) working well .ıf ı install it in bms will ıt be work too?

No … it won’t work.

And PMC products which are unfinished and full of bug will be no longer compatible with future BMS release.

We had internally converted Middle East (and several other) theaters for BMS … but “managers” asked to remove all unofficial link to those unofficial PMC versions and rebuild again another version in order to make business with it (forgetting thousands of guys who worked on development of those theaters).
Final result are not 100% working (far be be finished) all no support will be provided to make them compatible with future releases of BMS … We will not allow PMC to use BMS files (database, aircraft files and UI files) to make their own Payware theaters. Cooperation with PMC manager was unfortunately unsuccessful.

Just to mention/remind this, EMF in its 2nd release will cover middle East, Israel and surrounding countries. Don’t ask for ETA though, 1st release is pending first.

I am seriously considering a Desert Storm 64x64 theater after I wrap up Panama

If you go that route, what I think would be a very interesting campaign (around which you should build the terrain) is the Desert Shield part of ODS. Model the invasion of Kuwait, but instead of the Iraqis stopping at the Saudi border the push on through.

You model the scratch force that has to delay the Iraqis while coalition reinforcements flood in. It would be a very much air-centric campaign where airpower decides the outcome.

I think this would be more interesting than the Desert Storm/invasion of Iraq portion of the war.

Operation Iraqi Freedom or 1991 Gulf War Iraqi Campaign must be included in BMS. It would be nice to fly these missions in a dynamic campaign. King George’s ODS512 tiles would be great step to take in order to create a realistic texture of the region. No BMS campaign OOB is 100% realistic so try to create ur own OOB with Tacedit…

KGs tiles look alright, but are very lacking when it comes to transitions, variations, etc. etc. etc. The tilemeisters, not least of all Polak, have really upped the ante recently when it comes to very good tiles. Hopefully one of them might step in and massively improve them when the time comes. I’ll provide the canvas, but not in 3-4 weeks… these things take time to do right, and I’m not going to make a half-assed job of it.
