Throttle mechanical problem..Afterburner

Afterburner position on throttle will not engage. I feel that I have installed the stop by the book. Please help as Thrustmaster has not replied

Two thoughts - have you set up your afterburner cut-off position in the BMS 4.33U1 user interface/controllers tab, bearing in mind you now have the extra throttle travel beyond the AB detent?
Also, you are lifting the throttles over the physical detent aren’t you - sorry if this seems obvious (I’m not being patronising) - you are probably doing it anyway…
