Unable to take Seoul in "Iron Fortress" Campaign within 7 days.

As the title says, I’ve played through the Iron Fortress Campaign about twice and both times my forces have been unable to take Seoul before a “Peace Agreement” is reached on the 7th day.
Any advice on how to recapture Seoul before the 7th day? Or is it possible to avoid a “Peace Agreement” and obtain some more time?

Basically you should manage your ground troops! And I mean manage them manually. Move them towards Seoul under air support. If you’r talking about the stock ‘Iron fortress’ that shouldn’t be too hard as far as enemy air goes that is
