Delilah missile

Trying to figure out this weapon procedure but got a question.

On the WPN Page i cannot enter the CTRL page, i press the OSB, it is marked with white around it ,but thats it.
(PWR on \ ARM \ MFD shows missile seeker)

Do i need to do something to enable the CTRL function ?

just to make sure, on the left side, do you have “GA”?
if you do not, make sure you are using 4.33.1 and ITO 1.0.1

regardless, in the docs folder of ITO you should find a Delilah Training mission that should cover the basics
